​To be able to process the submitted applications speedily and properly, the following documents have to be submitted:

 

- Signed power of attorney of the law office (Download)

- Proof of funds (Download)

- RWA Letter (ready, willing and able) (Download)

- Authorisation to verify and authenticate (Download)

- History of Funds (Download)

- Model bank text of an MT 760 (Download 1, Download 2)

 

As soon as we have received and verified the original copies of the documents from the law office, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be prepared.

This Memorandum of Understanding will define the individual steps and measures to be taken by the parties involved.

This applies also to the definition of a time schedule regarding the disbursement dates to be agreed upon.
